Lift high, lift bright, lift strong. Flash Lift Power 9 Bonder Inside is Redken’s most powerful lightener with built-in bonding with up to 9 levels of lift.

What It Does Power 9 Bonder Inside provides up to 9 levels of lift with built-in bonding technology and breaks through red, orange, & yellow undertones. This lightener helps protect strong disulfide bonds and is formulated with Glycine and Citric Acid to preserve the integrity of the hair. Experience a powerful, clean, even lift for all hair types and textures.

How To

PREPARATION:

• Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Mix product in a well-ventilated area.

• Put the recommended amount of Flash Lift Power 9 lightener and chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.



APPLICATION AND RINSING:

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Do not let product run onto scalp.

• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).

• Rinse hair well after development time.



FOR OFF AND ON SCALP APPLICATIONS:

When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum foils ref SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18um (i.e. Product Club SHF500-SL), SOFT ALLOY 20um or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um (Norms EN 573) Procare.
